You can also get the latest Internet browsers for free. For that, select Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer.

These pages are best reproduced by your browser if you have set the monitor color depth on your system at "High Color" (Windows) or "Thousands of Colors" (Macintosh), and the monitor resolution at 800 x 600 points. Windows: Minimize the browser window and push the third button from the right at the top-right of the window. Click on to the empty screen with the mouse-button on the right, and select "Characteristics" from the menu.Then click on "Settings" in the following dialogue window. There you'll find "Color Pallet". Here, please select under the arrow symbol the setting, "High Color (16 Bit)"; under Resolution, select "800 x 600 Pixel". Click "OK" and confirm all other dialogue windows again with "OK" or "Keep Setting" as the case may be. Finally, activate your web browser again by calling it back up in the Control Bar at the edge of your screen. Macintosh: Under the apple, click on the selection, Control Fields / Monitors. Under "Color Depth", please select 32768 colors (or Millions), under "Resolution" select 800x600 (or more).
